Description
The Contract Opportunity Center Specialist provides confidential counseling, technical procurement assistance, training, and outreach to clients and the business community. The role manages client caseloads, develops and presents seminars and workshops, supports grant and program reporting, researches procurement regulations, maintains technical resources, and assists with contracts, proposals, and other business documents. It requires in-person campus work, a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, three years of related experience, knowledge of government procurement, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
