Wolt is hiring a Procurement Systems Analyst to manage the day-to-day operations of its Procurement Systems, including the Vendor Onboarding Tool and ProcessUnity. The role involves validating vendor requests, tracking workflows, providing end-user training, performing sanction and adverse media screening, offering first-level support, and ensuring tool functionality. The analyst will also support future system connections, selection, and implementation. No prior ProcessUnity knowledge is required, but procurement, supplier lifecycle, workflow, and compliance experience are beneficial. The position requires project management, basic programming or advanced Excel skills, stakeholder collaboration, English fluency, independent prioritization, flexibility, and strong remote communication skills.
