ABB is hiring a Procurement Team Leader to lead a functional procurement team responsible for sourcing, transactional purchasing, supplier qualification, data management, reporting, stakeholder management, process improvement, budget planning, and team development. The role reports to the Head of Europe Operation Center Europe, follows a hybrid model with eight office days per month, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of procurement experience, and at least three years of team-management experience.
