Description
The Plant Maintenance Coordinator reviews and prioritizes non-emergency work orders, coordinates contractor activities, monitors maintenance staffing, manages weekly and daily schedules, directs minor maintenance to production technicians, supports reliability improvements, and oversees the plant winterization program. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 2 to 5 years of related experience or training, and preferably previous supervisory or contractor-management experience and CMRP certification.
