The role processes clothing donations by sorting them into sellable, salvage, or trash categories, assessing item quality, preparing donations for the sales floor, meeting production goals, maintaining a safe work area, disposing of unsellable items, and supporting donation-door operations. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, the ability to make quality-assessment decisions, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
