Description
Mattel Brick Shop is hiring a Product Development Engineer II to support construction toy products from concept through production launch. The role coordinates with Product Development, Design, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, suppliers, and manufacturing partners; supports engineering and final engineering pilot builds; manages prototypes and production samples; reviews engineering documentation and bills of materials; supports tooling, mold qualification, and production readiness; tracks project milestones; and contributes to product quality, cost, and manufacturing efficiency improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least two years of relevant product engineering or product development experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering drawing or CAD tools.
