Optimove is hiring a ProdOps and Support Engineer to monitor and maintain its production environment, support customer data and application integrations, debug ETL processes, perform data quality and analysis across Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery, manage configurations, create scalable processes, and communicate technical solutions to customers. The role requires SaaS B2B experience, SQL, strong technical and communication skills, and familiarity with software technologies; it is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Tallinn office.
