The Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time role supporting LAN/WAN and help-desk administration, network maintenance, technical guidance, security, root-cause analysis, automation, process improvement, and operating-system applications. The role advises lower-level analysts, contributes to technical strategy, and requires independent judgment and risk assessment. Candidates need 5–8 years of infrastructure technology delivery experience, strong communication and diagnostic skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
