Produce Associate I at Willimantic Food Co-op

The Produce Associate provides customer service and maintains the produce department by receiving and stocking deliveries, rotating products, maintaining shelf tags and backstock, supporting displays and resets, and keeping aisles, equipment, and security procedures clean and safe. The role reports to the Produce Manager, works with the Produce Team, and requires public-service experience, familiarity with natural foods, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly, regular attendance, and the ability to work independently.
