Description
The Produce Department Associate creates a safe, clean, welcoming environment and delivers exceptional customer service while promoting corporate brands and answering product questions. The role also prepares and packages produce, maintains inventory and temperature controls, inspects product quality, reports discrepancies and safety issues, and supports customers, including those with special needs. Minimum qualifications include the ability to handle stressful situations, effective communication, basic math, and a current food handlers permit once employed; comparable retail experience and a second language are desired.
