OLIVER is hiring a Producer to lead regional production delivery for a major global brand in Cape Town, South Africa, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the studio. The role manages high-volume, multi-market campaigns across digital, print, and motion channels; oversees Integrated Project Managers; maintains timelines, forecasts, budgets, and delivery quality; coordinates with clients, media agencies, and studio leads; and advances AI-assisted production workflows.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Broad production experience across digital, print, and motion, covering owned and bought media
Delivering high-volume, multi-market campaigns across multiple languages and channels
Line managing and developing production teams, including onsite and offshore
Forecasting, resource planning, and tracking project burn rates
Managing project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and reconciliation
Purchase order processes and invoice management
Designing AI-assisted processes for oneself and one's team
Guiding others on effective AI tool use and critical evaluation of AI outputs
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with FMCG brands, particularly in beauty or fashion
