LoVasco is hiring a full-time Producing Account Manager in Detroit to originate new retirement plan consulting business and lead an assigned book of 401(k), 403(b), and pension clients through fiduciary governance, investment reviews, plan design, operational audits, and ERISA compliance. The role requires strong business development, prospecting, relationship management, and project management skills, along with a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience and Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63/65 licenses. Compensation includes experience-based salary, new-business incentives, and bonus incentives, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
