Centier Bank is hiring a Supervisory Residential Loan Originator to solicit mortgage referrals, interview applicants, collect and verify loan documentation, determine loan eligibility, communicate loan decisions, and manage the daily operations of residential mortgage originators in an assigned territory. The role also includes hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, sales training, client service, compliance, and community activities. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and three years of commissioned lending experience.
