Substack is hiring a Product Analyst to join its small Product Analytics team and help the product organization improve its understanding of the product, users, growth, and strategy. The role owns metric development, goal-setting, data quality, logging, ETL, dashboards, and insights; partners with product, engineering, and leadership; and requires at least four years of analyst or similar technical experience, advanced SQL, BI familiarity, A/B testing knowledge, and strong product sense. The role offers a cash salary of $130,000 to $225,000 plus equity and benefits.
