Flint Hills Resources is hiring a Product Analyst/Data Analyst in Wichita, Kansas to translate business needs into technical solutions, automate processes with Python and related tools, analyze data and build reports and dashboards, and own projects from problem statement through delivery and adoption. The role collaborates with business, software engineering, data architecture, and solutions architecture teams and may contribute to roadmap development. Basic qualifications include technical aptitude, scripting or coding experience, stakeholder collaboration, and clear technical communication; preferred qualifications include Cypher, graph databases, data modeling, data engineering, API integrations, AWS, AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and operations experience.
