Plata is hiring an Analyst to improve delivery performance by tracking speed and cost across regions and delivery methods, running and interpreting A/B tests, solving algorithmic problems, identifying efficiency improvements, and creating reports and dashboards. The role requires strong mathematical, statistical, and probabilistic reasoning; SQL; A/B testing knowledge; business curiosity; and English communication.
