Description
The Application and Technical Support Specialist II supports HarbisonWalker International’s refractory products through technical customer assistance, product selection, quotations, training, failure analysis, and collaboration with engineering and research and development teams. The role also contributes to product marketing, market and portfolio analysis, sales support, product rationalization, and pricing and positioning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, refractory science and application knowledge, MS Office proficiency, analytical and project-management skills, and 2–4 years of experience in technical, research and development, or commercial refractory roles. Domestic travel is estimated at 30% to 35%.
