Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience with product development, category management, or a similar role within retail, trading, import, or consumer goods
Preferred Qualifications: Affinity with home décor, lifestyle, gifts, or comparable product categories, along with a good sense for trends, design, and commercial opportunities
A strong combination of creativity and commercial insight, enabling you to develop innovative products that truly succeed in the market
Experience with private label, tailor-made product development, or developing customer-specific product concepts is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and project management skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effortlessly at the same time
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into clear briefings and concrete actions
An entrepreneurial, pragmatic, hands-on mindset
You take ownership, work independently, and feel at home in an environment with lots of freedom and responsibility
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
