LichtBlick is hiring a part-time Product and Project Manager for its Metering Services team to support the development, control, and improvement of smart metering services. The role includes preparing KPIs and data-based reports, conducting market and competitive analyses, managing agile projects and OKR initiatives, supporting meetings and workshops, testing new tools and automations, and providing second-level support for complex customer requests. The position requires ongoing enrollment in a relevant degree program, digital and MS Office skills, strong communication, and fluency in German and English; practical experience in product management, project management, KPI reporting, process optimization, or the energy industry is preferred. The role is hybrid with regular office presence in Hamburg and is fixed-term for 12 months.
