Description
Cartesia is hiring a Product and Research Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of its Voice function. The role supports voice production runs and library health, voice sourcing and talent logistics, customer voice delivery and enablement, and ad-hoc strategy and growth projects. It requires 3–6 years of operator experience in a high-growth tech startup or strategy consulting, strong customer-facing and autonomous execution skills, and comfort building lightweight systems. The position is based in San Francisco, London, or Bangalore, with visa sponsorship support assessed on a case-by-case basis.
