Infineon is hiring a Product Application Engineer, Power Discrete to own global technical support for high-voltage power switch components used in UPS, solar, energy storage, and data center applications. The role supports design-in activities, develops datasheets, application notes, and evaluation boards, runs high-voltage laboratory measurements, builds customer relationships, contributes to the product roadmap, and trains FAE and sales teams. Candidates need a master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field, 3–5 years of semiconductor power-electronics experience, high-voltage semiconductor knowledge, measurement and simulation experience, strong customer and stakeholder management skills, Chinese business and communication skills, and readiness to travel 33% of the time.
