Additional Information

Deep expertise in ATPG, DFT, BIST, and logic test methodologies, including hands-on experience with TestMAX DFT, TestMAX ATPG, and TestMAX Manager or equivalent products.
Experience integrating DFT into synthesis flows, creating tester-ready ATPG vectors with signoff results, and supporting tape-out handoff milestones.
Preferred Qualifications: Supporting customers through critical tape-out schedules is a strong plus, especially in competitive accounts.
