Description
The Product Assurance Supervisor leads a people and technical organization responsible for independent product assurance, including verification and validation, systems integration, release readiness, reliability engineering, operational engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams; leads investigations and operational incidents; and provides technical leadership during mission-critical events, including occasional evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday responsibilities. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, at least five years of complex product engineering experience, and at least three years leading engineering teams.
