The role translates stakeholder ideas into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements; maintains requirements in Jira; supports refinement, planning, delivery, and cross-team coordination; and resolves ambiguity while preserving traceability. Candidates need software-delivery business analysis experience, requirements analysis, communication, Jira and Agile experience, and technical understanding.
