Description
The CIS Investigator Sr executes complex product complaint investigations with autonomy, technical ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. The role includes advanced data analysis, technical documentation, escalation of out-of-spec results, stakeholder coordination, regulatory and external communications support, and mentoring junior investigators. It requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and regulatory-environment skills, with preferred qualifications including a technical degree, English proficiency, at least five years of experience, and experience with SEFs, NCEP activities, new-product integration, regulatory responses, and continuous improvement.
