DEKA Research & Development Corp., on behalf of Millyard Advanced Medical Products, is hiring a full-time Product Complaints Engineer - Team Lead in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role leads a small team of Product Complaints Engineers and is responsible for reviewing and evaluating medical device complaints, maintaining quality management system documentation, making medical device reporting decisions, coordinating with manufacturers and regulatory agencies, participating in audits and CAPA investigations, tracking complaint processes, and developing procedures and training programs. The position requires a four-year engineering degree with three or more years of relevant cGMP experience, or a two-year degree with five or more years of relevant experience; knowledge of FDA quality systems and medical device reporting regulations is preferred. The role is on-site Monday through Friday and does not offer remote or hybrid work.
