Description
MoonPay is hiring a Product Counsel to serve as the legal partner for its expanding DeFi and regulated crypto-asset product suite. The role covers product lifecycle legal advice across DEX routing, aggregation, non-custodial wallets, MPC key management, AI agent integrations, digital asset services, and regulated financial services; regulatory navigation across U.S. and other jurisdictions; commercial and consumer-facing agreement drafting; and the development of scalable legal review frameworks. Candidates need a JD or equivalent, active bar membership, at least six years of relevant legal experience, and strong knowledge of DeFi and U.S. regulatory frameworks. The position offers a $210,000–$270,000 USD salary range and a hybrid work arrangement.
