Description
Ascend is hiring a Senior Product Deployment Specialist to manage large-scale product feature releases for partner accounting firms and their clients. Reporting to the Product Deployment Manager, the role owns release and adoption logistics, training and documentation, testing and validation, stakeholder relationships, feedback loops, deployment processes, product metrics, and outcome-based reprioritization. The position is remote, with quarterly in-person company gatherings, and requires software project management experience, a portfolio of successful product or project launches, and at least two years of experience supporting project or product management organizations in a technology organization.
