Description
Apple is hiring a Product Design Engineer to own the mechanical design, analysis, assembly, and reliability of parts, assemblies, and modules for Apple Vision products. The role covers the product design cycle from concept development and prototyping through testing and vendor collaboration, with frequent cross-functional work across industrial design, manufacturing, electronics, optics, and human engineering. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 3–7+ years of consumer electronics product design experience, strong mechanical analysis and CAD skills, GD&T and tolerance analysis expertise, and experience with external manufacturing vendors.
