Accelerant is hiring a front-end product designer who owns specialty-insurance pre-bind experiences from problem framing and prototyping through production. The role works in an AI-native Agentic MGA squad, designing and shipping front-end interfaces for underwriters and members, using AI tools across the full product loop, and collaborating with software engineers on systems and data-rich decision-support surfaces. Specialty insurance experience is required, and the role is remote-first.
