Description
Emerson is hiring an Engineer – Product Design to support the end-to-end development of hazardous-area electrical products under ATEX, IECEx, and UL requirements. The role covers concept generation, 3D modelling, proof-of-concept prototyping, analytical verification, testing, design validation, engineering drawings, and bill of materials preparation. Candidates should have electro-mechanical product design knowledge, CAD proficiency, engineering fundamentals, manufacturing knowledge, analytical problem-solving ability, and strong communication and project coordination skills; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical design and 2–5 years of product design experience are preferred.
