Description
The NPD Engineer will deliver new-product-development tasks and sub-projects under guidance, perform product design and verification, prepare certification documentation, support sales and marketing engineering, and handle other assigned tasks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least five years of engineering design experience, familiarity with 3D design and AutoCAD software, knowledge of fuse or related products, and experience with product performance, manufacturability, and cost. A master’s degree is preferred, along with strong communication, continuous-improvement, data-driven decision-making, and English skills.
