Description
The Product Engineer designs and develops connector solutions for new and sustaining products, collaborating with marketing, sales, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, test, process, electroplating, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams. The role covers board, cable, power, high-speed, and panel-mount products, including design, validation, problem identification, documentation, part modeling, simulation, and autonomous task planning. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong communication and problem-solving skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience with electrical connector design, plastic injection molding, progressive die stamping, and engineering design software; related experience is preferred.
