Molex is hiring a Product Design Engineering Supervisor in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to lead a team of Mechanical Design Engineers developing high-speed connectors and cable assemblies for datacom and hyperscale customers. The role covers product concept development, detailed mechanical design, specifications, technical design reviews, manufacturing and quality support, new technology evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, knowledge of FEA and GD&T, at least five years of mechanical product design and development experience, and at least two years of technical leadership experience; Siemens NX, high-speed connector design, and regulatory testing knowledge are advantageous. The position pays $125,000-$150,000 per year plus variable pay.
