LatchBio is hiring a Product Design + Frontend Engineer to design and build internal tools and public-facing experiences for researchers using AI benchmarks. The role combines product design, interaction and visual design, frontend systems, developer and user experience, and website development, with responsibility for complex workflows, marketing launches, and translating technical ideas into polished web experiences. Candidates should have a portfolio of designed and built work, strong visual and interaction design judgment, and fluency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React. The position offers a $160,000–$200,000 salary, health and dental/vision coverage, equity, paid PTO, and work visa sponsorship.
