Lab49 is seeking a hands-on Product Design / Growth Lead to drive both creative delivery and new business growth. This hybrid role involves leading high-impact product design projects and new business initiatives, including owning new business pitches, developing new offerings, and crafting compelling narratives and prototypes for clients. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in UX/product design, innovation, or product strategy, with a background in Visual or Graphic design, and expertise in client pitches and modern design tools like Figma. A strong preference for experience in Financial Services or FinTech is noted. The role offers a base salary range of $190,000 - $240,000.
