Taboola is hiring a Product Design Team Lead for its News team in Tel Aviv to own the end-to-end user experience of Taboola News, a consumer content-discovery platform. The role combines 50% design leadership—mentoring and growing the team, setting priorities, and advocating for user needs—with 50% hands-on product design, including design systems, user research, prototyping, core-flow design, and strategic planning. The position requires at least six years of product design experience, three years leading a design team, experience with mobile consumer products and design systems, and a bachelor’s degree in design. It offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.
