Description
Clarasight is hiring its first dedicated product designer to own design craft and customer-facing problem-solving end to end. The role will establish and maintain a Figma-based design system, design and prototype key platform features, conduct customer discovery and validation, translate solutions into requirements, and partner with product and engineering to ship. It requires 5+ years of product design experience, strong visual and interaction craft, design-system ownership, customer-facing judgment, and fluency in Figma and Claude Design.
