Description
Isla is hiring a mid-level Product Designer to improve UX and UI across its platform, shaping complex clinical and patient-facing product experiences end-to-end in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and a clinical safety officer. The role is hands-on and individual contributor focused, with responsibilities spanning user advocacy, research rigor, accessibility and inclusive design, design system evolution, and experimentation with AI tools, all within a highly regulated medical environment.
