Description
Metropolis is hiring a Product Designer to execute experience design across digital platforms and physical environments, including parking, security, hospitality, and real estate. The role owns product-feature design from discovery through prototyping and handoff, conducts usability research, partners with product and engineering teams, maintains the design system, and uses analytics and customer feedback to improve features. Candidates need at least three years of UX/UI or product design experience, demonstrated shipping experience, end-to-end digital-to-physical journey design, Figma expertise, and strong stakeholder communication. The position requires being in the office at least four days per week and offers an anticipated base salary of $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
