Nace AI is hiring a Product Designer to define the architecture of human interaction with an autonomous AI workforce. The role owns the design process from user flows and system architecture to a scalable design system, prototypes, and product-roadmap trade-offs. It requires at least five years of product design experience, strong systems thinking, AI and prototyping fluency, visual craft, and effective communication. The position is based in Palo Alto, California, with in-person collaboration.
