Description
Netic is hiring a product designer to shape interactions between humans and AI, build core product, and establish the foundation for scaling the design team. The role owns end-to-end design from problem understanding and prototyping through engineering validation, iteration, and customer feedback; develops and maintains a design system; and collaborates with engineers, product managers, customers, and leadership. The designer should have experience shipping complex products, making independent decisions, communicating clearly, collaborating across stakeholders, and using AI tools intentionally. Experience with design systems, front-end code, and customer research is preferred.
