Nextory is hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for its digital products, from discovery and validation through user experience, visual design, and delivery. The role involves designing customer journeys, balancing user needs with business and brand goals, and using data, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows to inform design decisions. Candidates should have several years of experience in product or UX/UI design, full-process ownership, Figma proficiency, and experience with AI-powered tools and agentic workflows. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with hybrid work requiring four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
