Description
Resend is hiring a Product Designer to own end-to-end product projects, define problems with customer support and engineering, conduct lightweight self-serve research, prototype with AI tools, clarify product vision, and simplify the user experience. The role requires experience with complex products, project ownership, strong product and interaction design, a relevant portfolio, and active use of LLMs in the design workflow. It is fully remote for candidates in Americas or European time zones, with flexible schedules and occasional travel for offsites, conferences, and meetups.
