Description
Simile is hiring a Product & Design Lead to own significant product surfaces end to end, creating novel interaction models and enterprise-facing interfaces for probabilistic concepts such as populations, uncertainty, and confidence. The role combines high-craft visual design, information architecture, interaction design, edge-case handling, typography, motion, and small-to-medium front-end development, while also contributing to the evolution of a multi-product design system. Candidates need 0-to-1 design experience, strong visual and systems design skills, enterprise product experience, and the ability to explain design decisions; founding or startup, AI-native, data-dense, and behavioral-research experience are preferred. Compensation is $200,000–$300,000 USD plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
