Figma is hiring a full-time Product Designer to shape how teams build products together. The role involves product strategy, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and shipping features in Figma’s core product surfaces. Candidates should have at least three years of UX/UI experience, strong visual craft, interaction and prototyping skills, independent design-process ownership, structured decision-making, and experience with AI or emerging tools. The position can be based at one of Figma’s US hubs or performed remotely in the United States, with an annual base salary range of $169,000 to $303,000 USD and health, dental, and vision coverage.
