Synthesia is hiring a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the enterprise product surface end-to-end, including workspace setup, governance, compliance, content lifecycle, analytics, integrations, and billing. The role operates as a senior individual contributor, setting design direction, influencing roadmap decisions, partnering with Product and Engineering, and iterating based on enterprise customer feedback. Candidates should have significant experience with complex, large-scale product surfaces, technical fluency in APIs and integrations, systems thinking, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments. The role is remote for Europe or hybrid in London, with additional hubs in Copenhagen, Munich, and Zurich.
