Oscar is hiring a Product Designer to join its Product Design team and focus on the Lucie Marketplace, particularly the ICHRA experience. The role involves defining user experiences, conducting research and usability testing, collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operational stakeholders, and delivering scalable, accessible product designs. It requires at least four years of Product/UX design experience, two concrete examples of complex web and mobile interface design, and two years managing stakeholders directly. The position is based in the Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and offers a base salary of $123,372.00 to $161,925.75 per year, plus benefits and equity.
