SwingDev is hiring a Mid Product Designer to design and ship internal tools for Hippo Insurance, including claims platforms, underwriting AI, and agent portals. The role partners with product managers and engineers from discovery through launch, conducts user research, creates Figma designs, and facilitates alignment across product, design, and engineering. It is remote with flexible hours, requires at least three years of production experience, strong Figma and data-dense interface skills, English fluency, and availability in the afternoons two to three days per week. The salary is 14,000–17,000 PLN plus VAT on B2B, with medical, life insurance, development, and other benefits.
