Description
PayPay is hiring a full-time Product Designer to join the Product Design Team at PayPay Bank. The role is responsible for end-to-end UX/UI design across the PayPay Bank consumer app, mini-apps, web services, LINE mini-apps, and corporate apps, including concept development, UX flows, user research, analytics-driven optimization, and design-system management. The position requires at least three years of mobile and mobile-web UX/UI experience, proficiency with Figma and Adobe tools, Japanese business-level communication, and experience with product releases and iterative improvement.
